This past week was the first week in at least 5 or 6 months that the kids were able to go outside and play every single day! Hopefully we didn't put the snow blower away prematurely, but we needed the space in the garage for all the bikes, stroller, and outside toys that made their reappearance this week. So, we happily shoved the snow blower to the back of the garage and the patio furniture is now officially set up in the back yard just awaiting a warm enough evening for an outside meal. And, just today we finally got around to taking the Christmas lights down off the house and bushes in the yard.
It has also been nice to catch up with our neighbors the past few days. Usually a short time after Halloween Trick-or-Treating, the whole neighborhood seems to hibernate during the cold winter months and it is fun to see everyone again out in their yards once the weather is beautiful again. The kids are all bigger and there are sometimes new babies...it is just nice to reconnect again.
Anyway, here are some pics of one of our many walks around the neighborhood this week. Hopefully we have another beautiful week to be outside again!
