Allie loves her birthday (kind of like someone else I know...) and couldn't wait for it to arrive. In fact, Fall can be quite a difficult season for Allie as she has to wait through both her brother and sister's birthdays before celebrating her own. Thankfully, once November hit, there was plenty to do in preparation for her friend birthday party that we decided to hold at a local Trampoline Park.
First, we had to send out invitations:
Then, we had to put together party favor treat bags:
And, we definitely could not forget to provide a very special birthday treat for her first grade classmates:
Finally, the day of her party arrived. The only drawback: she had to wait all the way until 4:00 pm for our departure to the trampoline park. For Allie, it was complete torture to wait ALL. DAY. LONG.
Thankfully, she survived the day intact and the party went on without a hitch.
The girls (and Zach) enjoyed a full hour of non-stop energy while jumping on hundreds of trampolines. They all had a complete blast!
After all that jumping, the girls had definitely worked up an appetite. Thankfully, there was pizza ready and waiting for all of us!
After pizza, we continued the celebration with cupcakes and presents.
Allie and her friends had such a great time--Zero Gravity Trampoline Park was a definite birthday party hit!
Allie, still living on the birthday party high, was insistent upon completing her thank-you notes this weekend so she could give them to her friends at school on Monday.
And, then on Tuesday, I guarantee Allie will already be making plans for her 8th birthday party.
