Happy Fourth Birthday Olivia!

The day before Halloween, we celebrated a very special birthday...Olivia turned FOUR!

Aaack!  How can my baby be four already?!  Insane.  The day before her actual birthday, she enjoyed celebrating her special day with her friends at preschool.

She began the morning of her actual birthday by waking up to a room full of balloons in her favorite color:  pink!

She was pretty excited to look at all of her birthday decorations and gifts downstairs before enjoying a breakfast fit for a birthday princess, complete with PINK milk.

After breakfast, we said goodbye to the big kids as they climbed on the school bus and headed to school.  Then, we made our way to BSF where Olivia enjoyed telling anyone who would listen why the day was such a special one (plus, she made sure to wear her birthday necklace in the shape of the number four that her preschool teacher made for her).  I think she loved the attention of having so many ladies wish her "Happy Birthday!"

When we were all done cleaning up from our morning at BSF, we made our way to Chuck E. Cheese to meet one of Olivia's new friends for pizza, cupcakes, and games.  Both girls had a blast with each other and it was the perfect way to help our little social butterfly celebrate her day.

The celebration continued after dinner when Grandma and Grandpa came over for cake and presents.  It had been a long day, and since we had to wait for Allie and Zach to finish piano lessons before presents and cake, Olivia was already in her pajamas!

What a fun and full day celebrating our favorite four year old!

Olivia, from the day you were born you have brought our family so much joy.  You are one of the only people I know that can bring a smile to anyone's face and you never fail to light up any room you enter.  I hope your love for people never goes away...that as you grow, you will continue to show God's love to all those you meet.  Happy Birthday, Olivia-Bug!  We can't wait to see what God has in store for you!
